In June 2000 I attended Allen Carrs Melbourne Clinic as a pack a day smoker. I walked away that same day a “happy non-smoker” and absolutely knew for certain that I would never smoke another cigarette for the rest of my life. I was at the time 51 years of age and had been smoking on and off since the age of 21. After decades of difficult, miserable and mainly failed attempts this seemed like a miracle to me. From that moment on I resolved to join the organization and help make a difference to other smokers lives.
My vision is to continue Allen Carr’s dream of curing the world of smoking, not only for the many individuals that seek our help but also to help businesses provide this program to their employees to achieve a safe, healthy, productive and happy workforce.
