A smokers perspective on quitting...

 “When I wasn’t smoking I thought about it most of the time and felt deprived and unhappy. When I did succumb I felt guilty. Not a particularly effective way to live! And yet I chose to live that way by choosing cigarettes! Now I am free of all that.

body+soulIt wasn’t so much that I gave up smoking instead I have taken on positive health, self esteem and money to do fun things.

To anyone that truly wants to kick the habit, I recommend the class, just do it, whatever excuse you have for not doing it is probably the habit talking. Any excuse no matter how convincing will pale into comparison when you feel the sense of freedom of not having to smoke.
