Welcome to Allen Carr's Easyway® to
Stop Smoking ~ New South Wales

No willpower, no severe withdrawal pangs, no weight gain..

SCANDAL

We make it easy!

The main issue smokers face when quitting is that they feel deprived of something that gives them pleasure or some other functionality. This feeling of deprivation creates tremendous conflict

you want to quit, but you are desperate to smoke.

This conflict creates the roller coaster of emotions and, in many cases, physical symptoms that smokers associate with quitting.

Even people who succeed using willpower often remain anxious, frustrated and bitter. Everyone knows at least one of these ex-smokers, and part of our fear about quitting is that we will end up like them.

The only way to be a truly happy non-smoker is to have absolutely no desire to smoke.

This is different!

Allen Carr's Easyway® method is the only method that removes the desire to smoke.  By removing the desire, we can remove the conflict. With no conflict, the whole quitting process is easy and, for many people, extremely enjoyable and empowering.

The Allen Carr clinics are the most successful smoking cessation clinics in the world!

It is estimated that smoking costs Australian businesses at least $1.5 billion per year, or $4.3 million a day. On an individual level, every smoker can cost a business up to $5,000 every year. Furthermore, the average smoker spends up to 30 minutes a day, or 14 working days a year, on cigarette breaks, and takes five days more sick leave a year on average than non-smokers.

Prior to attending the course, I felt scared and nervous; I had it in my head that I really enjoyed smoking
